Open Stow0 Settings, enable the folders you want scanned, and choose each folder when macOS asks for access. Stow0 scans only the folders you approve.

Stow0 is designed to be understandable without a manual. These support notes cover the recovery paths that matter when macOS permissions, iCloud Drive, restore, or App Store purchases need attention.
iCloud archive
Choose an archive folder inside iCloud Drive. Stow0 keeps the destination visible before moving files.
Restore
Use History to review archived batches. Restore checks conflicts first and skips files that would overwrite existing items.
Menu bar status
Use the menu bar extra to check budget state, Apple-managed plan state, and the latest archive or restore result without opening the main window.
Purchases
Use Restore Purchases in Settings to sync App Store transactions. Manage or cancel subscriptions from your Apple Account in the App Store app.
